IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility criteria for the exam is as
  follows
• Educational Qualification Graduation
  Degree in any streams such as BA, B.Com, B.Tech,
  etc., from a Government University recognized by
  India. While registering for the exam, it is
  mandatory to mention percentage obtained in
  Graduation.
• Computer Literacy Since IBPS PO exam is
  conducted online, so computer operation knowledge
  is a must.
• Language Proficiency Candidates are
  required to have verbal and written proficiency
  in the State/UT official language. Candidates
  should be able to read, write and speak the
  language in order to be qualified enough for
  sitting for the exam.
• Age Eligibility 20 30 Years with
  relaxation in reserved quota.

Nationality/citizenship

• Candidates applying for IBPS PO
  Banking Examination should must fall under
  following categories
• Should be an Indian Citizen.
• Subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
• Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st
  January 1962 with the intention of permanent
  settlement.
• Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated
  from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East
  African countries consisting Zaire, Kenya,
  Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi,
  having an intention of permanent settlement in
  India.Candidates belonging to categories 2, 3, 4
  must have a certificate of eligibility issued by
  the Govt. of India in their favor.
