The digestion of food in blood is called ?
Absorption is the process movement of digested
food molecules through the intestinal walls into
the blood. Digested food molecules are absorbed
in the small intestine into the bloodstream. Once
in the bloodstream, the digested food molecules
are carried around the other parts of
organs/tissues/cells of body, where they are
needed. The part of blood that carries digested
food is plasma. Our blood has 55 liquid
component called as blood plasma. The intestines
remove all the nutrients from our food and are
absorbed through the intestinal walls. Through
this blood plasma digested food absorbed
primarily by stomach walls and then by intestinal
lining and then goes into blood plasma which is
then carried into the other parts of
organs/tissues/cells, where it is needed.

What is involved in recombinant DNA technology?
A vector is any DNA molecule which is capable of
multiplying inside the host to
which our gene of interest is integrated for
cloning. In this process restriction enzyme
function as scissors for cutting the
DNA molecules. The technique or methodology is
called Recombinant DNA technology or "Genetic
engineering".

How do you clone a piece of DNA?
Cloning is an asexual biological process in which
identical copies or exact replica of anything can
be produced. How to clone a piece of DNA DNA
cloning is a molecular biology technique that
makes many identical copies of a piece of DNA,
such as a gene. In a typical cloning experiment,
a target gene is inserted into a circular piece
of DNA called a plasmid. The plasmid is
introduced into bacteria via process called
transformation, and bacteria carrying the plasmid
are selected using antibiotics. Bacteria with the
correct plasmid are used to make more plasmid DNA
or, in some cases, induced to express the gene
and make protein. Steps in DNA cloning are 1) To
clone a piece of DNA, firstly the chosen piece of
DNA is cut from the source organism using
restriction enzymes. 2) The piece of DNA is then
pasted into a vector and the ends of the DNA
are joined with the vector DNA by ligation. DNA
that has been cut and pasted from an organism
into a vector is called recombinant DNA.
Therefore, DNA cloning also called as recombinant
DNA technology. 3) The vector is introduced into
a host cell such as bacterium or yeast by a
process called transformation. The host cells
copy the vector DNA along with their own DNA that
make multiple copies of the inserted DNA. 4) The
vector DNA is isolated from the host cells DNA
and then purified....
