Gravity Magnetic Separators

• MPIs exclusive Quick-Cleaning Free-Flowing
  Cylinder Magnets are designed to capture both
  large and small tramp metal from high-volume,
  abrasive, vertical gravity-fed product streams
  such as grain and mining products. The FFC-QC
  Series magnets provide maximum ferrous tramp
  metal retention in product streams where
  wash-off is of concern.

Pneumatic

• MPIs new patent-pending pneumatic drawer style
  magnetic separator is ideally suited to capture
  small contaminants, such as wire, metal shavings
  and metal wear from dry powder or granular
  free-flowing product streams in pneumatically
  conveyed lines up to 15 PSI. Used in primary,
  secondary or finishing applications, this next
  generation drawer magnet delivers the highest
  levels of equipment protection and product
  purity.

Liquid

• MPIs Liquid Finger Trap Magnets are designed to
  protect product flow lines and pumps by
  magnetically removing ferrous contaminants from
  product flow. MPIs LFT trap magnets provide
  purification of liquids and wet separation for a
  variety of industries, including, but not limited
  to, chemicals, food processing and paper mills.

Magnetic Filtration

• The Eco-Mag removes magnetic and paramagnetic
  contaminants, down to sub-micron size, from
  lubricants, coolants and other industrial use
  fluids. The Eco-Mag extends fluid life, reduces
  disposal costs, improves product accuracy and
  finish, and reduces machine and part wear.
  Magnetic technology is green, and substantially
  reduces both the need to buy costly consumables
  and the associated downtime required to change
  paper filters.
