  for the applicant is 21-58. He or she should have
  an identity proof document.
• All the applicants who are from a rural area and
  belonging to General Category should be at least
  102 passed and the applicants who are SC, ST or
  OBC should be minimum 10th passed. In case of
  opening petrol pumps for rural area and the
  application is filed under open category then the
  applicant should be minimum 102 passed.
• For starting a petrol pump in rural area minimum
  investment required is 12 Lakhs and for starting
  regular petrol pump minimum investment should be
  ? 25 Lakhs.
