Couple therapy is a great way for couples to sit
down and discuss their relationship problems in
the presence of a counsellor or practicing
therapist who is experienced in dealing with
relationship issues. It will usually involve a
series of sessions you have with your partner and
a therapist the aim is to get the both of you to
better communicate about your problems and build
a healthier rapport.
