Steps Needed When Someone Dies with a Will

• First, one must make sure the deceased persons
  will is valid. Ascertaining that the will fully
  complies with the law and that the decedent was
  mentally competent when signing the will is of
  major importance.
• Second, the attorneys at Doane Doane will help

  deceased. Once those processes are accomplished,
  then a valuation of the assets must take place
