Payment Structure At The Ocean Views
The Ocean Views is the leading property developer
in Bali offering luxury villas and apartments at
affordable prices. Every unit will come
beautifully furnished with everything you need
for a relaxing vacation.
Option 1

• 1st payment IDR 25,000,000 as booking deposit
  upon deal
• 2nd payment 10 upon signing Offer and
  Acceptance letter (10 days after booking deposit)
• 3rd payment 20 upon signing the Binding
  Agreement of Selling Purchase (30 days after
  2nd payment)
• 4th payment 70 to be paid on monthly basis
  within 12 times instalment, starting from the 30
  days after the 3rd payment.
