for the state of Maryland. She also raised

as a principal of a 3000 student school.
Previously she was named as the teacher of the
year for Gibbs High School (Florida).

Jane Spence earned Bs in English education-
special Ed, Minor, from the Florida State
University in 1994. Following this, she earned MA
in school administration and supervision from the
New York University in 1996.

policy studies from the University of Maryland in
