    that turns the pasta dough into countless shapes.

PENNE PASTA CHEESE ROLL
  • Add water, cooking oil, vinegar, iodine and plain
    salt and shell pasta.
  • Bring it to boil.
  • Heat oil and add chopped garlic and saute.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Now add shell pasta, salt, pepper, oregano,
    cream, bell peppers, cabbage, black olive,
    cheddar cheese, chopped parsley and cook for 2-3
    minutes.
  • In a roll, Patti put the pasta mixture and
    spread eggs mixture over it with the brush.
  • Heat cooking oil in the saucepan and deep fry
    pasta roll until golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup.

CHESSY MACARONI BALLS
  • Read the packet instructions and boil elbow
    macaroni.
  • Drain and add macaroni, salt, pepper, red chili
    flakes, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese and mix
    well together.
  • In a small ice cream scoop, scoop macaroni balls.
  • Each ball with a mozzarella cheese piece.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and
    freeze for 1 hour.
  • In the first bowl, add dried dip and cheese
    powder, then in the second bowl, beaten eggs
    yolks and in the third bowl, chip crumbles and
    breadcrumbs.
  • Roll every ball through these 3 ingredients,
    first dip cheese powder, eggs and then crumbs.
  • Place macaroni cheese balls in the hot oil and
    fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with mayonnaise sauce.

BAKED SHELL PASTA
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • Boil salted water and cook penne pasta.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat pan in the low-medium heat and add chopped
    onions, garlic paste, ground meat and cook for 15
    minutes.
  • Now add pasta sauce and mix everything together
    and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Grease butter in the baking dish.
  • The first layer of penne pasta in the baking
    dish, then sour cream, pasta sauce mixture and
    cheddar cheese. Now add the second layer, put
    remaining penne pasta, sauce mixture and spread
    it.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
  • In the pre-heated oven baked for 30 minutes.

SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN NUGGETS
  • Boil salted water, add olive oil and boil
    spaghetti.
  • Heat the oil in the saucepan, add chopped ginger,
    chopped garlic, carrot, soya sauce, brown sugar,
    crushed red chili, stir and add corn flour.
  • Now add boiled spaghetti, green onions, bell
    peppers and mix everything together.
  • In the heating oil, deep fry chicken nuggets.
  • Add chicken nuggets over the spaghetti.
  • Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds.
