Adil Baguirov believes in the power of education.
He believes in the potential of the people of his
state and wants to give them the best by putting
his knowledge to use.

Adil Baruirov served as a committee member of the
City of Learners organization in Dayton in 2014.

He also worked as the chairman after this time,
2015 to 2017, of the Dayton Public Schools
Technology Steering Committee.

He managed to increase cash reserves and aiding
the budget, bettering transportation and serve
the districts students, parents, teachers, and
staff. In 2016, he managed to bag the position
of the president.

Adil Baguirov co-founded many organizations
including the U.S. Azeris Network and the
Karabakh Foundation. He has played a vital role
in establishing Miami Valley Education Advocacy
Network.

On the education front, He earned his
undergraduate degree in international relations
and business administration from the University
of Southern California and the Ph.D. degree from
Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
