  • Changing SMTP Configuration

To fix the changing SMTP configuration users need
to follow the instructions given here. Click on
Tools located on the top of the window choose
the Email accounts. From the email account
click on properties to display the account
configuration.

  • 535 Incorrect Authentication Data

The reason for getting 535 Incorrect
Authentication Data is incorrect password use.
Click on Properties and select the account
servers. Now tap on the password field and
enter the correct password. Make sure the
username is also correct.

  • 530 Authentication Required

When the user finds error message "530
Authentication Required" means before sending
mail user required to login. Open the
Properties click to the server tap. Click
on the checkbox labeled as "My server requires
authentication."

  • Server Cannot Be Found

If you found that "Server Cannot Be Found"
message means your email is unable to connect to
the email server. Click and open the Properties
tap on the Servers In the Outgoing mail
server enter the correct address. You will
receive Security alert prompt follow that.
Click on the Unblock button to permit the
IncrediMail through the firewall. Now try to
connect the server again and then change the
address.
