Ways to Resolve the Error?

• Dont allow QuickBooks to open all windows at the
  start-up
• Re-register the QuickBooks file
• Open a sample file
• Copy the company file to your desktop
• Troubleshoot QuickBooks

Dont allow QuickBooks to open all Windows at the
Start-up

• While double clicking the QuickBooks icon, press
  the Alt key

• Then enter your password after releasing the Alt
  key

• Click on Ok and a file will be opened

• Press the Alt key

• When the file is completely opened, release the
  Alt key

Re-register the QuickBooks file

• First of all you will need to close your
  QuickBooks

• Now from the start menu of your computer desktop,
  go to Run and type bat

• Then click on Ok and restart your computer

• Reopen QuickBooks

Open a Sample File

• While double clicking the QuickBooks application
  icon, press the Ctrl key
• Keep the Ctrl key pressed till the New Company
  Open screen appears
• After that, click on Open a Sample File
• Select one file and click on Open

Note If application asks you to update/restore
operation, click on Ok

Copy the Company File to Your Desktop

• Open the folder in which your company file is
  located and use the option of Locate for finding
  your QBW file.
• Then you need to copy and paste the file on
  desktop.
• After that, open QuickBooks with the Ctrl key
  pressed till the software shows No Company open
• At last, click on Ok and then browse the file
  which you just copied on Desktop and then click
  on Open.

Troubleshoot QuickBooks

• Run Reboot.exe for re-registering QuickBooks
• Then run QuickBooks repair tool
• And then use QuickBooks clean installation
• If none of the above process works, then you can
  manually repair your Microsoft. Net framework.
