information of the people involved.

Signing some types of documents may compromise
your rights. You may, however, sign items from
the police, such as a ticket or report.

7.Seek medical attention.
Even if you dont believe you are injured, it is
important to be examined by a health care
professional as soon as possible.
8. Contact your insurance company.
Inform your insurance company of the accident and
supply them with all of the information you
collected from the accident.

9. Don't talk about the accident.
This is particularly important in the sense that
you do not want to give the insurance companies
or attorneys who are representing others any
information or statements. 
10. File a report with the state.
If someone has been injured in the accident, or
if the total damage will amount to more than
1,000, you must file a report in accordance with
Minnesota state law.
