I am sure that many of us have that swimming pool
in our backyard which is not used from quite a
few time. But you know what, now its time to
make use of that swimming for your better
health. Working out is more fun when youre
splashing some pool water around. Aquatic
exercises can burn fat and theyre healing, too,

Following are some of the pool workout regimen
that will help you keep fit
  • Resistance Combo and Cardio This workout
    strengthens your back, arms and upper chest. When

    chest, arms and back. While doing fly backs start
    in a lunge position and extended left legs

strengthener exercise. But in case if you dont
have a strong upper body it will be very hard for
you to hold long enough on those abdominal
muscles. Pool Spiderman Climbs this exercise
helps you defy gravity in a way which is not
possible on the land. For this exercise, youll
have to climb the pool like a Spiderman. While
performing this exercises you have to just
stabilize your upper body as you stand in the
pool, then quickly climb the side of the pool
with the feet. Once you return to your initial
position stand on the floor and repeat this
exercise for at least five times. This is a
high-intensity workout that helps in burning fats.
