Praxis Foundation Practitioner Course
What is it about?
Praxis is a free framework for the management of
projects, programmes and portfolios. It includes
a body of knowledge, methodology, competency
framework and capability maturity model. The
framework is supported by a knowledgebase of
resources and an encyclopaedia. Praxis brings
together a body of knowledge, methodology,
competence framework and capability maturity
model in a single integrated framework with a
single structure and terminology. The framework
is designed to provide building blocks that can
be tailored and assembled to suit all manner of
different contexts.

• Praxis Textbook
• Laminated Praxis in a Nutshell handout
• Foundation sample exam paper and answer sets of
  75 questions each.
• Full Praxis sample exam paper, answer and
  rationale set, to be used in class to prepare
  students for the examination and
• The project management course is delivered with a
  blend of classroom training interventions and
  practical syndicate and individual sessions,
  evening work is also required during the course.
