What is IBPS?

• The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection also
  known as IBPS, is a recruitment body that was

What is IBPS Clerk Exam?

• Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
  conducts a common written exam (CWE) every year
  for the recruitment of clerical cadre in various
  banks all across the country.

  time this year and hence named IBPS Clerk CWE

What are Clerk Duties in the Bank?

• Handling deposit and withdrawal cash are the
  primary work of the clerk. Along with that clerk
  also undertakes the receipt of cheques, drafts,
  dividend warrants, and pay orders.
• Payment clearance works like Verify cheques,
  issue demand drafts, etc.
• Maintain a daily record of balance.
• Perform various back office works like receipts
