How do we measure the quality?

• To find the quality and age of cooking oil a
  content named Total Polar Compound (TPC) or Total
  Polar Material is found in oil
• Testo 270 measures the TPC content of oil
• Potential Range of TPM or TPC lies in between
  14-20
• High value of TPM shows oil is old and low value
  indicates oil is fresh
