Follow the guidelines below for resolving the

• Creating Windows 10 restore point
• By using Search Bar look for Create a restore

• Click on Create on System Protection section,

• Requirement of activation code for the antivirus
  product
• You will need a 20 digit activation code for the
  antivirus product after creating a restore point

• The code is divided into four groups of 5
  characters containing Latin letters and numerals.

• If the product is bought online then you will
  receive activation code from the online store in

• Remove the previous installed product files
• First, download the removal tool for antivirus
  products.
• Then, run the downloaded file.
• The tool window will appear. Click on I agree
  for proceeding.
• The removal tool will find remaining files of
  earlier installed application. Delete all the
  detected files for the successful installation.
  From the list, select the files. Then enter the
  code from the image. Tap on Remove.
• For restarting the computer system click on OK.
• Again, run the tool. Remove the remaining files
  of application if detected.
