AHHAA FREE MIND Free my mind. When I was
growing up I had no idea what to do when I
had Anger Guilt Jealousy Fear I ended up
doing three things blame distract
procrastinate All we want in life is to be
happy simply but this was not helping me at
all. I was worn out everyway. Then the turn
around started.

I started learning about life during my time at
the monastery, it changed me inside out. Every
emotion has a story. Every story comes from an
idea. What is that idea that is driving us
everyday. Simple practices of awareness brought
me and is bringing me freedom now and here. You
can absolutely do it. Life is awesome. Wish
You all a truly truly wonderful time on this
