Todd Walker is an attorney by profession who has
been exploring other fields. He has entered
different fields by experimenting.

Todd Walker has formed many companies over the
course of his career.

He started his career in 1987 by working as a tax
consultant at Arthur Anderson and Company in
Tampa, Florida. Following this, he founded
Southern Import Distributors, Inc. ('SIDI'), a
Southeastern US Wholesale food company.

In 1996, he formed another company called
Millennium Licensing Corporation, Todd is also
the owner of the Millennium Trademark for the
beverage industry.

Todd Walker also found Firefly Technologies,
Inc., in 2002. The company managed to achieve
success and purchase worldwide patents for a
backlit keyboard technology.

In 2005, he founded Imagine Computer LLC, and
Imagine Products International in 2007. The
companies were collaborated on one to serve
consumers effectively.

On the education front, Todd graduated from
Tulane University in 1981, earned his Masters of
Business Administration degree in 1985 and Juris
Doctorate Degree in 1985 from Tulane graduate
Business School and Tulane Law School.
