9Who founded Surman Sansthan?

- Manan Chaturvedi is the founder of the Surman
Sansthan and is called as a mother of more than
98 adopted children. She has done Fashion
Designing from Maharani College. - She loves to spend time with children. Her
devotion and dedication towards the abandoned
kids of our society made her to take the
initiative and set an example in the society.
This idea made her to start an own NGO, which is
now known as Surman Sansthan. - She has been doing many great works for last 10
years and also won many awards for her great
performance. - She was recognized as the chairperson of
Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of
Child Rights in the year 2016 - She was the first Rajasthani Lady who has
received Veer Savarkar National Award. - She makes films, paintings and does stage shows.
A monthly magazine Bougain Vellia is also
published and whatever the revenue is generated
from this magazine is used for the betterment of
Surman Sansthan
10Story behind Surman Sansthan
- Every successful person has his/her success story
so as Surman Sansthan has. - Manan Chaturvedi, founder of Surman Sansthan
was going to Sindhi Camp, a place in Jaipur,
Rajasthan, India where she saw an 8-year-old girl
collecting garbage. The child was not wearing
enough clothes and she gets shocked while
watching the scenario. At that moment the only
thought she got in her mind was what is the
point of designing garments for people when so
many others poor people barely have any clothes
to wear? Since that day, she has been working
for orphans. And now she is called as a mother
of 98 adopted children.

Surman. - To grow these children unselfish so that they in

Worries about Success Failure (Work with Free
Mind Good Human Cause). - Provide these childrens best possible Safety
Make them Confident. - Whatever you have, distribute it with other
human beings as they are also having the same GOD
particle in them. -

healthy life to abandoned children and women of

which they are working dedicatedly.

Palna (Bal Ashram) - An initative by Surman parivar to take care of
deprived, underprivileged, below poverty, under
nutrition, drug addict, destitute and abandoned
children where children of all age group
irrespective of their caste, creed or religion
can live in one house as a family. They should
get all that a child deserves. -
17 Tapsya
(Penance) In this project we will take care of
all basic needs of the children- Food, Clothes,
Healthcare, Books, Bags, and Shelter etc.
18 Koshish
(A Sincere try) Surman wants to become a
shelter/home for all women who are deprived of
their normal life and those who have seen life in
its darker side (e.g. Domestic Violence, Dowry,
Prostitution, Sexual abuse, Beggars etc.)
19 Phulwari (A Unique Garden)
Aiming at the possible contribution in the slum
areas of Jaipur city. Street Children live and
work amidst trash, animals and open sewers. They
are not only exposed and susceptible to diseases,
they are also unlikely to be vaccinated or
receive medical treatment.
20 Surman Home Surman
Bal Ashram at Surman Home will be fully equipped
with all basic animates like- Free Education,
Free Food, Free Medical Assistance and Medicals,
Free Computer Education, Free Marshal Art, Free
Dance Class, Free Painting Workshop, Games Room,
T.V Room, Swimming Pool etc. for these lovely
little kids.
21 Jeevan (Life Line) A distress call from two
helpless parents, pleading for support in the
treatment of their child gave birth to another
initiative called JEEVAN. We started temporary
adoption of the children needing medical aid and
whose parents are not in position to bear the
cost. We provide all financial and medical help
to such children for undergoing complete medical
treatment in association with elite.
