    addiction is a serious, challenging, and tedious
    long-term battle. Making the decision to quit is
    the first step, but sticking to that decision and
    religiously doing something to finally quit is
    another story.

Treating addiction
  • Kicking addiction may sound like just an easy
    undertaking. The truth is, it can be more
    challenging than you can ever think of. Truly,
    making the decision to quit is easy, but sticking
    to that decision and religiously doing something
    to finally quit is another story. Completely
    getting out of addiction is a serious,
    challenging, and tedious long-term battle. There
    will be times when you think that you are already
    free from addition, and then suddenly you feel a
    craving for the things you are addicted to.
    Before you know it, you are already having a
    relapse.
