  immigration risks, while AL 1 students are
  considered to have minimal immigration risk. The
  visa process also changes based on the AL of a
  student, as those with ALs higher than 1 will

  process.
• The Streamlined Visa Processing Option
• If the student can qualify for a process called
  streamlined visa processing, they go through a

•  The DIBP also stipulates certain character

  criminal record check. You can pass this as long
  as you do not have any substantial criminal
  record. In some cases, you could be asked to
  produce a Police Certificate or a Penal Clearance
  Certificate, and complete a Character Statutory
  Declaration Form.
