Try to follow the steps mentioned below to have
disabled and Avast firewall-

• Disable Avast Firewall
• Launch Avast Internet Security and click
  Settings
• Click ON and then select an option from the
  drop-down menu Under Active Protection

Add Firewall Exceptions

• Here launch Avast Internet Security, click Tools,
  and then click Firewall
• Further, click Application Rules
• Here you need to enter a name for the group, and
  then press Enter
• Click New Application Rule, and then select the
  newly created group
• Here you need to browse to the location of an
  application and then select the application's
  main executable file

• After the above process click Open
• The application appears under the selected group.
  Further, click and drag your cursor over the five
  orange bars until the status changes to All
  Connections
• At the end, simply click Close to save the
  changes
