What Is CBD Endocannabinoid System

What Is CBD?
  • Cannabinoid (CBD) is one of more than 110
    chemicals derived from cannabis plants.
  • Due to this chemical have effects in human body,
scientists realized that there must be a
responsive system to its own cannabinoids in our
body, which is called endogenous cannabinoids.
  • There are plenty medical benefits of CBD which we
can use to treat from different diseases.
  • Hemp is one of the member from cannabis plant.
  • 100 pure CBD is derived from this plant and like
CBD, there are hemp oil benefits too.

Endicannabinoid
  • The word Endogenous has two parts endo means
inside and genous means born. Thus
endocannabinoid is a combination of two words
    endogenous and cannabinoid.
  • The primary human endocannabinoid is Anandamide
which understood to serve a function in the
regulation of appetite and sleep, and is also
known to be the neurotransmitter that floods the
brain when one experiences a runners high.
  • There are another few endicannabidiols as well,
2-arachidonoylglycerol, whose role in the body is
even more complex than its spelling. There may
be other endocannabinoids that havent been
    discovered yet

4
Endocannabinoid System (ECS)
  • The endocannabinoid system is the network of
enzymes and receptors in the body that produce
    and respond to endocannabinoids.
  • There are two kinds of cannabinoid receptors in
    the body CB1 and CB2.
  • CB1 receptors are located in the most part of
CNS,  while some are found in the pancreas and
liver. THC is the most notable chemical of CB1
receptors and these are the receptors responsible
    for producing the high.
  • CB2 receptors are located overwhelmingly in the
immune system, but are found in the stomach,
liver, spinal cord, heart tissue, and several
    other organ systems as well.
