Clean your SkinBefore you apply it make sure
you are cleaning your skin with wet towel or
simply by washing it.

Clean the padsMake sure you are cleaning pads
before and after use. It can be cleaned by moist
cloth like towel or washcloth.

Hydrate pads with a drop of waterSometimes a
few drops of water work as magic to win the
perfect stickiness back. NOTE- Only Few Drops
Brush the padsAfter adding water, brush it
gently. Using a clean toothbrush, gently brush
your electrode pads in one direction, as if you
