settings are made to send email from Gmail
account through an email software program. A user
can use his account to send and receive the
domain e-mail ID by setting up the domain e-mail
ID as a POP3 and SMTP account on Gmail Account.

Follow the instructions

1. Open a web browser and visit Gmail website to
   login into account.
2. Enter the correct email address and the password
   to Sign In.
3. Select the gear button on the setting icon from
   the top-right corner to open a list.
4. When the drop-down list opens up, click Settings.
5. Locate and select the Accounts tab.

1. Now, make a click on the option titled as Add a
   POP3 mail account you own located next to Check
   mail from other accounts.
2. Next, type the domains email address and when
   done click Next Step.
3. Thereafter, provide the POP3 information for your
   domains email address in the required fields i.e.
   username, password and POP server.
4. Click Add Account after filling up the above
   information.
5. Next screen will show a message Your mail
   account has been added. Now an email can be set
   to send through Gmail if you want to send click
   Yes and then click Next Step. And if not, click
   No button.

1. Type your Name and click Next Step.
2. Now provide the details of your SMTP server,
   Username, and E-mail Password on the Send mail
   through your SMTP server page and click Add
   Account.
3. Now, an email with the verification code will be
   sent to the added e-mail address. Locate the
   message received on the domains email and open
   it. Select the link in the email or enter the
   code into the box and select Verify button.
