STI Test - How it Works
You will be supplied with an easy-to-use sample
collection kit, with full instructions on how to
use it. If you are requesting tests that need
blood samples, these are collected from a finger
prick sample.
Once collected, your samples are then sent to the
laboratory in the enclosed pre-paid mailer
provided in your kit. Once received in the
laboratory, your samples will be processed with
results available within the fastest possible
times.

Packing
All packaging is discreet and labelled Private
Confidential. There is no mention of the
contents on the outside.
How long does it take?

• If you order your test before 4pm Monday to
  Friday then you should have the kit delivered the
• Next working day. After you send the kit back to
  the laboratory in the pre-paid envelope provided,
  you will have your results in the shortest
  possible time.
• (On certain post codes, Royal Mail 1st class
  service takes two days for delivery).

tests from any device and at any time, just take
the free online consultation. Order your
appropriate test kit before 4 pm and we will
deliver your sample collection kit/pack at your
chosen Address the next working day.
