• Alloy Steel T91 Steel Seamless tubes are made for
  specific applications, where the temperature of
  the content supplied through the tubes, may
  constantly change from space to space. To achieve
  the perceived hardness, either cold rolling or
  heat rolling methods are deployed while finishing
  the tubes. Traditional methods of post processing
  the tubes is carried out throughout the process.
  In instances where the tubes are heat treated,
  after reaching a certain designated peak point in
  temperature they are dipped in cold water to
  strengthen the core and the surface structure of
  the tubes. This is followed by the testing phase
  of the Seamless tubes, which includes attaching
  weights for determining their elasticity
  quotient. Finally, another set of extreme tests
  ruled by the International Regulation Standards
  are carried on the tubes to guarantee maximum
  durability.

  structure like the Alloy Steel F11 Flanges.
