CRAMA CANTILEVER PARASOL

• The origin of Ombrellificio Crema goes
  back to the end of nineteenth century.  From that
  period the firm has been run by the our family.
  My brother Alessandro and I belong to the fifth
  generation.

• We are a modern, organized and certified company.
  Our quality management  is certified ISO 9001,
  therefore our documents and goods are constantly
  checked and planned.

The sale department, is externally organized with
sales representatives and suppliers working in
the Ho. Re. Ca. sector. Monomandatory and
plurimandatory representatives follow the final
customers, while suppliers are followed by our
sales office. Representatives and suppliers work
in different areas so that they do not overlap.
Our internal sales office is composed by two
people, both organized to satisfy promptly
Italian and foreign customers requests.

The approved orders are sent to the purchase and
logistic office where the person in charge
verifies the availability of raw materials and
eventually purchase them. The production is
divided into departments cutting, sewing,
laboratory and warehouse. The person in charge
for logistics organizes weekly the different
departments by using a board divided into
sections for every single department.  Everyone
knows the production planning and the warehouse
the delivery dates.
