Skipping breakfast
  • The food that you eat acts like a fuel to your
    body, and when you sleep, your body continues to
    use what you consumed at dinner to keep your
    blood pumping and oxygen flowing. So, when you
    wake up the next morning, you must refuel your
    body with breakfast. Skip it, and youll feel
    sluggish. Eating breakfast in the morning acts
    like starting a fire in your body by
    kick-starting your metabolism. A healthy
    breakfast should include lean protein, whole
    grains, and healthy fat. Good examples include
    oatmeal, fruit, milk, almond or eggs with two
    slices of whole-wheat toast and low-fat Greek
    yogurt.

Working out too much
  • Are you still trying to figure out the reason you
    have been feeling lethargic throughout the day
    despite living an active lifestyle? Well, all the
    credit goes to your overtraining. Yes, as just
    mentioned, exercise gives energy to your body.
    However, working out too much constantly zaps
    your body of energy. The simple reason for this
    is that youre not giving your body enough time
    to recuperate. You must exercise regularly but
    never over-do it, give your body adequate rest
    required and youd feel energetic throughout the
    day.

Eating too much junk food
  • Been feeling like crap, lately? Well, that is
    because you have been eating crap. A diet rich of
    cream soda and pizza is not exactly
    energy-friendly. Eating starch, sugary foods
    actually supply your body with a quick jolt of
    energy but then abruptly zaps the level of your
    energy for the rest of the day. Healthy food is
    the key to a healthy life, make sure that you
    eat all the nutrients that are required by your
    body in the right balance and moderation.
