• Open QuickBooks to the No Company Open window. Do
  not log in to the file.
• Go to File gt Utilities gt Repair File and Network
  Problems.
• A pop up window opens. Click OK. QuickBooks File
  Doctor will re-launch with Admin rights.
• Click Yes to the Windows UAC prompt.
• Click the green wrench icon to open the built-in
  File Doctor.
• Click Continue.
• When prompted to log in to your file, enter the
  QuickBooks Admin username and password, and then
  click Next.
• Note File Doctor will begin repairing your file.
  Please wait until prompted with next steps.
• Choose your Advanced Settings. Ensure File
  Diagnosis only is selected.
• Click Next.
• After the diagnosis completes, open your file
  again and see if the issue is resolved
