• CITY PALACE AND S.M.S. II MUSEUM

• Built in eighteenth century by Maharaja Sawai

• HAWA MAHAL
• Build in 1799, by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh,

  is a fine bit of Rajput engineering. Initially
  intended for the regal women to watch and
  appreciate the parades and different exercises,

  of this recently setup historical center.

• (6 kms) on the way to Amer, this small
  palace is set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. A
  paved causeway leads upto the beautiful water
  palace.

• AMER FORT
• The old capital of the Kachhwahas remains
  on a scope of rugged slopes. The stronghold is
  exceptional as much for the great greatness of
  its surroundings concerning its durable
  fortifications and wonderful royal residences. It
  is a fine mix of Hindu and Muslim engineering.
  The grave poise of it red sandstone and white
  marble structures, when reflected in the lake at
  the foot slope, is an incredible sight. The first
  royal residence was worked by Raja Man Singh, the
  extra augmentations were worked by Maharaja Mirja
  Raja Jai Singh and Sawai Jai Singh lIthe last
  Maharaja of Amer, who manufactured another city
  called Jaipur, where he shfted his capital in 1727
