This Visa basically allow to study for English
Language Intensive courses which are specially
designed for the overseas students.

(ELICOS) These are the English language courses
which in the end award you certificate 1,2,3,or
4or sometimes it may also result in no formal
Australian Awards.

This basically includes Vocational Education and
training

Thus basically applies to certificates 1,2,3 or 4
, however it does not include the English
Language Intensive courses (ELICOS) . It also
includes Diploma, Advanced diploma and all
vocational courses like Vocational graduate
diploma course and vocational graduate Course.

Subclass 573
This is basically for all Higher education.

So this includes Bachelors degree, Associate
degrees Masters by coursework, Graduate
certificate and graduate diploma.
