• Today, we are going to discuss the problem
  related to SBCGlobal Email, where users have been
  getting the problem in accessing the mail with
  their account email and password. Dozens of users
  have shared their experience with us on our blog

• Another victim of the same problem writes, he is
  getting problem occasionally. I was able to login
  to my ATT Net Email login yesterday and day
  before it but today I am getting the problem in
  accessing the emails from the inbox. I have tried
  to fix the problem on my own by canceling the box
  that appeared next to the username and password
  saying re-enable the account and check again
  but the problem is not fully solved. I am still
  getting the same problem every so often. I have
  even checked my SBCGlobal Email settings but
  didnt get success.
• What about SBC/Yahoo technical support team Some
  of the infuriated users have contacted the
  Technical support team of SBC Yahoo login and
  they got bewildered reply that the fix is in
  progress and the problem is soon going to be

potential solutions to this problem.

• Change the mail checking intervals This is the
  key solution and factor for this problem. If you
  are checking your email after every 5 minutes,
  then you may find this problem with your Att Net
  Email login. It is recommended to change the auto
  mail check period from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.
• Delete the Keychain items from SBC Yahoo
  Another workaround that has already been tested
  by some experts is the deletion of Keychain
  things from the SBCGlobal net Email login. Any
  chain which contains this string should be
  removed immediately. To accomplish this process,
  you need to open the Keychain access application
  that is available under Utilities. You can click
  either on all items or on Passwords followed
  by deleting the items from the list.

• Click on cancel and check again Another
  workaround that has proven successful for this
  problem is simply pressing Cancel button when
  you receive an unsuccessful message on the
  screen. Simply close the window and log in to the
  account again from the scratch.
• David Williams wrote that he was getting this
  problem from the last 2 weeks and he has set to
  retrieve a mail every 5 minutes. When he entered
  the login details, he keeps on getting the error
  message which says wrong password entered. He
  then clicked on cancel button and tried to log in
  again. Luckily, he got success.
• Try to enter the complete email address in the
  login name field Some unlucky users have also
  complained that when they entered the email
  address with the suffix, then they got the
  problem but when they entered the complete email
  address, then they have got success in their
  login.

re-establishing the login information and the new
configurations will soon be going to apply on the
official login page.
