- Are you brining data from another system?
- Can you extract CSV files from this data?
- Are all fields formatted well? First/last name,
addresses, etc. - Its best to manually create a few records from
your spreadsheet to confirm the configuration.
Then delete the test data, and import. - Before importing, we will create multiple files.
One file for each app that we will import to.

16Defining Your Sales Process
Define the stages a customer goes through from
start to finish. From acquiring their contact
information, to closing the deal. This could be
a set of steps between leads opportunities, or
a simple status of Prospect, Current Client,
Past Client. Opportunity Sales Stages is the
primary stage to drive workflow for companies who
use the full sales features of the CRM. Lead
Status is typically kept to a small set of
options. Its common to have a Status on each
customer/contact too.
