Use Import Export Manual Technique

• Run Microsoft Outlook application and click on
  the tab File and then, Account Settings.
• Account Settings opened, click on Data Files -gt
  Add
• To open Import and Export wizard, click on File
  -gt Open -gt Import
• Now, select Export to a file option and select
  PST file and click Next.
• Select a folder and items and click Next
• Browse location to store new file and click
  Finish, before exporting items.

Use Archive Manual Technique

• First open Microsoft Outlook application and
  then open the PST file, which you want to move
• Click on File -gt Cleanup Tools -gt Archive
• After, appearing Archive dialog. Tick on
  Archive this folder and all subfolders
• Now, select the folder to move. If you want to
  move the folders for a particular duration by
  selecting the option Archive items older than
• Then, browse to select location to store the
  items in new PST file and click OK.
