• From Utilities, launch the Terminal app.
• To disable popup blocker, type
• defaults write com.apple.Safari
  com.apple.Safari.ContentPageGroupIdentifier.WebKit

  true.
• To enable popup blocker, type
• defaults write com.apple.Safari
  com.apple.Safari.ContentPageGroupIdentifier.WebKit

• Press Enter, and the command sets to popup
  blocker setting as desired. true setting as
  desired.
