Below is a process of creating an Avast Rescue
Disk.

• First of all access the Avast user interface.
• From left panel click on Protection. Then select
  Rescue Disk.
• In to computer's USB port insert empty portable
  device. Now choose Create USB on the main Rescue
  Disk screen.
• Select your drive from the appeared dialog box.
  You will also see a progress screen.
• Click OK when the disk is completed loading on
  the drive.

• You can boot up the computer system that has
  malware using external drive. Follow the steps
  below
• In the USB port insert the external drive which
  has Rescue disk after turning off your system.
• Now, turn on the system scanner. Tap the required
  key to enter the boot up menu when the PC starts
  up.
• Select your portable device when Boot Menu
  appears. You can find it in the below order-
  Removable Devicesgt USB Flash drivegt USB Storage
  Device or similar to it.
• You will see a message of instructions, follow
  them. Then press any key to let Rescue Disk start.

How it will fix or delete infected files

• From the results screen select Fix automatically.
• To exit from the process select Quit and restart
  computer.
• When your system restarts you can remove external
  portable device.
