Certification Pre-requisites

• A person must fulfil the following criteria
  before appearing for the certification exam as
  prescribed by PMI
• Prerequisites Secondary degree (high school
  diploma, associates degree or the global
  equivalent)
• 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
• 35 hours of project management education
• or Four-year degree
• 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
• 35 hours of project management education

Certification Exam

• To earn your Project Management Professional
  (PMP) credential, you need to meet the
  experience and education requirements, and pass
  the PMP examination, a 200-question,
  multiple-choice test.
• Out of 200, 25 are unscored or pre-test and rest
  are scored
• Duration of exam time is 4hours
• One can take the test at any Prometric Center
