years by taking great care of our guests, and we

Our Hanalei vacation rentals are generally booked
well ahead of most of the year. We have more
guest inquiries than we have homes. We would like
to expand our inventory by a few more exceptional
properties. If you own a unique home or condo in
the Hanalei, Princeville, or Kilauea area, I

Ideally, we will enjoy working together while

owning the homes we rent, we are sensitive to

low-key straight forward manner. Though our
primary responsibility is to our owners, they
benefit only when you, our guests, receive

needs and budget. Some of our guests have become
permanent Kauai folks, buying a home here. Some
have bought an investment home as write off for
their vacations. Others move here. (If the fates

Hanalei Bay Rentals
North Shore guests and golf enthusiasts will
completely enjoy our oceanview condo in
Princeville on the Makai Golf Course. This fully
equipped condo rental sits on the 4th and 3rd
hole with scenic views of the Pacific. Next door
you can visit the resort and its restaurants, spa
and shopping, and you'll also want to enjoy the
short scenic hike from your condo to Anini Beach,
which has the longest coral reef in the state and
some excellent sand, snorkeling and relaxation.

summer, and fantastic colors in the fall, you'll

Hanalei Bay Rentals
History of our Kobayashi Family Rentals Harold
and Nancy Kobayashi were born on Kauai in the
1920's. For years they worked as farmers. Harold
was a smart man and with a touch of a visionary.
They invested their hard earned savings in land
and built some rentals on Hanalei beach. Harold
was a great story teller and Nancy was known for
her great food and hospitality. For about 35
years, we grew by word of mouth, with many of the
same families coming back year after year,
becoming friends with everyone's kids growing up
together. Some of those mainland 'ohana are
coming back with 3rd and 4th generations to enjoy
Hanalei. Harold and Nancy's children are
perpetuating their parents' legacy renting those
homes, and expanding to add a few more Hanalei
rentals. I was the daughter in law with the real
estate license so it seemed natural when my
husband starting renting his house in 1998 that I
would branch into renting and marketing the
vacation rentals. I guess vacation rentals are
now in our blood. Beach and Bluff Realty has
expanded inventory to include our second home in
Brian Head, Utah and include the homes of some of
our friends. We offer a very special selection of
North Shore rentals with deep island roots and
history.
