About Rough Runner

• Rough Runner is a new breed of sports event.
• It merges distance running (anything from 5km up
  to 15km) and obstacles that youll have to take
  on along the way.
• But not just the regular, military-style
  obstacles youll see on every other event out
  there, that do nothing but freeze, burn, lacerate
  and electrocute you.

on the market. We combine physical challenge,
teamwork and fun across all of our events, with
obstacles that youll have never seen before,
except on TV.

Obstacle Course for Kids
Rascals must be accompanied by an adult while on
the course, and must be between 7 and 15 years
old. They dont need to be able to
swim! Creche? We may also be bringing in a
professional creche company to look after kids
under 11 years old at the same time as parents
run.
