  • Before selecting to the particular job or to a
    particular company they need to have minimum
    skills and qualities for the post. We can use the
    psychometric assessment so that we can hire the
    candidate with behavioural characteristics. It
    means of identifying and measuring a person's
    cognitive abilities. It is used to check which
    person is suitable for the given task.

  • Psychometric tests are used to determine the
    differences between people in their intelligence
    and abilities. There we can ask to give tests
    like online assessment test and the second one
    needs to ask questions on a chart of widget
    production by year over a span of five years with
    three different grades of products at different

  • We need to the personality of the candidate while
