  along the metro rail trail will take you directly
  to Mozamjahi Market, wherein you can relish the
  famous Hyderabadi Biryani, ice cream and North
  Indian mithai. 
• You can also pack your bags with biscuits from
  the famous Karachi Bakery here and buy yourself
  some non-alcoholic Muslim perfume called
  the attar.

• Buses from Nampally to Charminar are readily
  available with properly marked bus stands next to
  the magnificent Haj House building.

• Other important locations in the city such as
  Hitec City and Secunderabad are also well
  connected via Nampally.
• The biggest advantage is the semi-empty buses
  from the area if boarded properly from the bus
  stands.
• The inter-city bus counters and boarding points
  in the area are just adjacent to the Nampally
  Railway Station and can be easily marked out.

• The area is not that crowded too unless a train
  just arrived at the station.
• Yes, one needs to start a little early from other
  parts of the city to reach Nampally as the
  traffic on the Nampally-Afzalgunj route can be
  torturous at times.
