career choice. Prior to being a Managing Partner,
she started working as a Workers Compensation
Specialist for the State of California for 13
years and for the employment development
department. She helped the unemployed disabled
workers and gradually, she gained interest in law
and decided to become a lawyer. Her strengths
include strong writing and management skills,
civil workers compensation trial experience and
good people skills.

Moreover, she has appeared before many of the
Administrative Law Judges at Social Security

8Cynthia Spalding believes in charity and does a
lot of pro bono legal work. She even donates to
her grandchildrens program for art, music, and
dance and she loves to hang out with them. On
