How does it work? We set up a meeting to discuss
your outsourced recruitment plan for the year.
What processes you have in place, the volume of
people you want to hire, job tiles, which
locations, timeframes and budget. We then
mutually agree the number of people Outsourcing
Talent will place into your organization through
our unique RPO scheme over a set period of time,
either 6, 12 or 24 months. We then give you a
fixed monthly fee spread over the period you have
chosen. This means its easy to manage the costs
always stay the same and we 100 guarantee to
fill the agreed number within the timeframe
chosen. Our clients love us here because they
never must worry about what salary a candidate is
being offered in order to work out how much it
