have witnessed the loud show boater in the weight
room. They have to let everyone know how much
they are lifting by growling like a crazed
Sasquatch during the exercise.I know some
verbalization may help your effort and
encouragement from your spotter can be
motivational, but I beg you to use moderation.
After all, others are trying to focus on their
task at hand.Keep these tips in mind and perform
like a veteran on the barbell bench press.Have
