Our course meets this requirement and we are
nationally approved to provide this course online
to those individuals in bankruptcy. Once you have
completed the 2 hour requirement you will be
issued a debtor education certificate by email
that you will submit for your bankruptcy
discharge.

Post Bankruptcy Course
Our course costs only 20 per household and is
approved to issue certificates evidencing
completion of a bankruptcy credit counseling
course instructional course in compliance with
the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or
assure the quality of a Provider's services.

Bankruptcy Discharge Course
After filing bankruptcy but before you are
discharged you are required to a take a mandatory
2 hour debtors education course that is approved
by the Department of Justice. Our course meets
this requirement and we are nationally approved
to provide this course online to those
individuals in bankruptcy.

Approved Provider of Debtor Education
Prior to filing for bankruptcy, individuals are
required to receive a briefing from an approved
non-profit budget and credit counseling agency.
Prior to completing the bankruptcy process and
receiving a discharge.
