• 1. Download the BDProfiler tool from
  http//www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/fil
  e/BDProfiler.tool.zip.

• 2. Open Downloads folder.

• 3. Extract "BDProfiler.tool" from
  "BDProfiler.tool.zip".

• 4. Open "BDProfiler.tool".

• 5. Click Open. If message window is similar as
  below.

• 6. If you want to provide the administrator
  password. The answer should be "Y" in order to
  continue the process.

• 7. After entering the password (you won't get
  feedback when you type in the password) wait
  until you will see Process Completed.

• 8. Reply back to us (via the open ticket you
  have) by sending the file Bitdefenderprofile_outp
  ut.zip that was generated on your desktop as an
  attachment to the e-mail.
