- While working in the MDT within HSC setting I
have positively contribute my services in the
setting and result in recovering the patients
those who suffers from various diseases. I have
been focuses on different steps and stages that
support me in increasing my personal contribution
that is through amending my past skills and
abilities so that I can easily serve the
requirement of modern patients with different
diseases include infectious and non-infectious
diseases. Whereas, the effectiveness of own
personal contribution may also result in
benefiting the organization through recovering
the illness and sickness of patients.
3Own role in minimising barrier to effective
teamwork in HSC practice
- In order to work or perform the actions in team
it lead to arise certain barriers and obstacle in
the HSC setting. I can play different role that
will support me in minimizing the barrier thus it
will result in ensuring proper teamwork in the
HSC practices. The different role may include- - Feedback mechanism- I can play vital in ensuring
feedback mechanism among the team member among
whom issues and problem may get arises at the
workplace. With the help of feedback mechanism I
can minimize the issues through enabling
continuous communication between the employees
and staff in the team.
